CLAIMS FROM CAR THEFT

To ensure speedy processing of and settlement of claims, we request our motor vehicle / policyholders whose cars are carnapped to follow these procedures:

1. Report immediately he carnapping incident to the nearest police station.

2. Bring your car's Original Certificate of registration and Official Receipt.

3. Submit a copy of the Alarm Sheet prepared by the police station to the Traffic Management Center, Camp Crame, Quezon City

4. Inform our office and submit photocopies of:
a. Insurance Policy
b. Premium Official Receipt
c. Driver's License and Official Receipt
d. Alarm and Complaint Sheet from the Traffic Mgt. Center, Camp Crame


PREVENT CAR THEFTS BY OBSERVING THE FF. GUIDELINES:

1. Do not leave the original motor vehicle registration papers inside your car.

2. Install an alarm or locking device, such as, ignition cutout switch, battery isolator and steering wheel lock.

3. Do not leave anything of value inside the car that can be seen from the outside.

4. Lock your car doors and make sure all windows are closed every time you leave.

5. Instruct your driver to stay out of the car when parked.

6. Park your car in well-lighted areas or areas protected by security guards.
