In
line with the company's goal of giving the best
in products and services to its numerous clients
and the public, Malayan established the Customer
Service Center (CSC), a one-stop-shop, one day
response center.
The Malayan CSC
provides fast solutions to inquiries, insurance
problems and complaints, ensuring that suggestions
and solutions are made within 24 hours or less.
The
Center also renders assistance in the processing
of claims, as well as immediate action from the
officer-in-charge on matters such as the renewal
of clients' insurance policies, preparation of
quotations/proposals for various insurance coverages,
requests for inspection of risk and other services
that the Company offers. All the customer has
to do is visit the CSC located at its Head Office,
4th floor of the Yuchengco Tower in Binondo or
