Governing Law and Effectivity of Insurance Coverage

Any product for sale or sold on this site shall be governed by provisions of the Insurance Code of the Philippines (Pres. Decree no. 1460, as amended) and the insurance policy itself. These products shall become effective upon payment of premium and issuance of the policy.
