Malayan Enables Online Notification of Insurance Claims

Malayan Insurance Co. Inc. (MICO) has taken the word “service” to another level, allowing clients to request for insurance claims online.

With the new online claims notification form available at Malayan’s official website, policyholders may now inform MICO that a claim is being filed, which facilitates the claim making process.

Through this online platform, the policyholder would only need to fill-out an online form to notify MICO regarding a claim request, which is much faster than the previous practice where they would personally go to Malayan offices or branch.

To file for a claim, the insured must provide details such as personal information, contact details, policy number, type of claim, valid IDs, date of loss, and other details necessary for the claim, and submit it together with softcopies of available required documents through Malayan’s official website.
